Owner and creator of Italian Days Food Experiences, Allora Mangia Europe and USA, and of the new and unique Prosciutto Lab.

Our story

We started our adventure against all the no’s of people who didn’t believe in us and in our dream, but only one thing makes a dream impossible – the fear of failing. Our adventure started in 2008 like with an old fiat all split with little petrol and no GPS but thedesire to live our dreams.

During our journey we understood that failing without fear is called growing up. We cannot buy an experience, nobody can give it to us and we cannot study it but everyone has the opportunity to live it.

 Every single guests of our food tour helps us grow by sharing their love, energy, enthusiasm; 

Since 2008 our business has grown, and the family too: Emma and Leo arrived in the family, something unique, which has given us more love and strength; but other “children” also joined us: our precious collaborators, young professionals who, like us, want to live their dreams

In 2016 we opened our e-commerce company in Florida for Italian products, (another dream) we did this thing not for money, but because we understood that we had to do it, we wanted to give our American guests the opportunity, once they returned to their country, to buy products imported directly from the people they met on the tour and shared a day with.
In fact, we believe that the best way to understand the true value of a product is to experience its history and tradition, witness the production processes  first-hand, meet the producers and everyone commited in the creation of quality, handmade products made with love and passion. 

In 2019, we also launched an e-commerce for Europe. A B2C groupage platform that gives customers the opportunity to group different local products with a single shipment.

In July 2021, we  added the last pice of the puzzle with our Italian Days Food Experience & Art Lab, a tasting room and store located next to Prosciuttifico Montevecchio, the Prosciutto factory we visit on our tours.
Inside the shop you will find a selection products from small local producers who, like us, put love and passion and passion in their business and that you won’t find in the great distribution.
The aim is to give them visibility by offering tastings, explaining their stories and getting our guests to know who they are and what’s behind them.

Italian Days Food & Wine Experiences is an on-growing adventure, a family dream that has hosted on the Bologna Factory Food tour from 5,000 to 6,800 people per year. We are always ready to add a new piece, start a new adventure, just like we did in 2008.
